Based on organic chemical industrial wastewater from one Innermongolia chemical industry park of Innermongolia in this paper, the feasibility using combined process of micro electrolysis-Fenton reagent-fixed biotechnology was discussed, and the changing rules of water quality in this process was acquired. The results showed that this process was of highly feasibility and favorable treatment effect, and results in high salt organic chemical industrial wastewater treatment processes, and could provide test foundation for engineering practice and the scientific research in the future.On the basis of system up and conducted in-depth discussion in the organic chemical wastewater treatment, considered other studies, selected micro electrolysis-Fenton reagents-fixed-biotechnology complex processes of organic chemical wastewater processing pilot study.Through these experiments of micro electrolysis-Fenton reagent test affecting factors of this process, and optimize the best craft to treatment the organic chemical wastewater in using of micro electrolysis. The affecting factors of micro-electrolytic included the ratio of Fe/C, the micro electrolysis reaction time, the pH value of wastewater, and so on. The affecting factors of Fenton reaction included the consistence of ferrous, the Fenton reaction time, hydrogen peroxide dosage, and so on.Though experiments, identified the optimized condition for micro electrolysis-Fenton reagent were Fe/C 5:1, micro electrolytic reaction time 120 minutes, the pH=2 of wastewater; consistence of ferrous 160mg/L, Fenton reaction time 30 minutes, hydrogen peroxide vote for the increase in response time for 40ml/L.After the pretreatment, fixed biological technology is applied for further treatment. To multiply the number of bacteria and to enhance their adapt ability for organic chemical wastewater, the bacteria were domesticated and fixed with the situation changing from nutrient-rich to nutrition-poor. Upon scanning electro microscope analysis, the different conformation of anaerobic biological and aerobic biological were observed. Though fixed biological technology, the removal of CODcr up to 98% and the removal of NH4+-N up to 93%.Through the study micro electrolysis-Fenton-fixed-biotechnology complex process, to treatment the organic chemical wastewater , the removal of CODcr up to 99% and the removal of NH4+-N up to 98%, reaching the secondly level chemical industry sewage-discharge standards.
