PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company chemigum production process to Nekal as emulsifier,using an emulsion polymerization process,In the production of chemigum, producing toxic organic wastewater, which is poor biodegradability, and treated difficultly.Commissioned by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,15000 t/year NBR plant unit chemigum sewage reconstruction project design.This thesis conducts special studies on wastewater pretreatment stage of Nekal, After the small pilot test, pilot test and engineering design stage, it is developed Coagulation-Micro-electrolysis-catalytic oxidation-and processing technology, to solve the high concentration of the branched surfactant wastewater treatment problems. Harness synergies iron carbon micro electrolysis and catalytic oxidation between ensuring a high concentration of dibutyl naphthalene sulfonate wastewater treatment efficiency while reducing processing costs.The main research content of this thesis is the following:Based on the theory basis of the iron-carbon micro electrolysis and treated wastewater of catalytic oxidation (Fenton reagent) Joint Technical Nekal and small pilot test, it is concluded that the coagulation and sedimentation, micro-electrolysis reaction, catalytic oxidation process of the main process parameters.It is proved well that micro electrolysis and catalytic oxidation pretreatment process is feasible sex.The pilot-scale test capacity is 1m3/h and the process is "coagulation sedimentation-Electrolysis-Catalytic Oxidation-neutralization". To obtain the best process design parameters. It is proved that the treatment objective is reached.According to a small test and pilot-scale's test conclusions and key parameters, the project of Chemigum Wastewater Reconstruction 15000t/year Chemigum Unit of Petrochina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is designed. Taking the process "coagulation sedimentation-flotation-Electrolysis-Catalytic Oxidation-neutralization and precipitation", the design of the Micro electrolysis and catalytic oxidation reaction, the process material balance is accounted in sewage. The different factors are cleared for the treatment method process operation. Bases on removal rate of Nekal to the operating cost, The economical removal rate is 70% and the cost per ton of wastewater treatment is 10.3?.In summary, the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and catalytic oxidation of Nekal combined treatment of wastewater is feasible and the treatment effect is good. It can be promoted in industrialization and has a broad market prospect.
