Although city sewage treatment system has great social benefit,it's running cost is high,and the economic benefit is low.In order to implement the sewage treatment technique effectively,operate the treatment system steadily,guarantee the quantity of output water,the self-control technique applied in sewage treatment to promote automatic level has become the key question in sewage treatment.Take ZhengJiang DaGang sewage treatment plant as background,incorporation with sewage treatment craft,the application of PLC and its network in sewage treatment plant is discussed in this paper,and considered the action of on-line detection instrument in control system sufficiently.The control scheme of IPC+PLC and communication network scheme of PROFIBUS Fieldbus + Redundant Ethernet fibre-optic ring network is adopted in this system.This paper mainly introduced PLC, PROFIBUS Fieldbus,Redundant Ethemet fibre-optic ring network,sewage treatment craft,hardware and software configuration of control system and the automatic control system's implementation of sewage treatment plant.In addition,there are many difficulties in the process of sewage treatment,such as continuous working,the variable is hard to be online measured,non-linearity,intermittence,delay and more disturbers.In this paper we research into the process of aeration tank control.We compare the results of respectively applying Smith control and Expert Fuzzy strategy using of Matlab emulation toolbox.The Expert Fuzzy strategy gets a good result,and it needn't a correct math model,so it is chose and implemented in PLC.The experimental results show that Expert Fuzzy Control has good static and dynamic performance,and the characteristics of anti-interference ability.So that fits the demand in application for relatively large load impact on the sewage treatment process.
