Presently,water pollution is one of the urgent problems to settle,which has threatened all the countries in the world.As the effective control of industrial point pollution,the surface water pollution bringing by Non-point source become more and more severe.Especially that Non-point pollution brings about many pollutants containing nitrogen and phosphorus into water boby.Under certain conditions,usually a combination of high nutrient load and warm,stable conditions,algae can grow excessively and form blooms.These blooms are harmful to wildlife,domestic livestock and human consumers,causing animal podsoning and a rang of human allerdic and gastroenteric reactions.Traditional water treament technology mainly include preoxidation,flocculation, filtration or flotation to remove algae.Inactivated algae ways mainly are prechlorination and disinfection using chlorine,ozone,chlorine dioxide and UV etc. However,the traditional process of removal of algae has the problems of low efficiency and can not completely kill the algae.Based on above mentioned water environment problems,the purpose of this research work is to find out a proper treatment process and paramenters with the pulse electrical field reactor to remove alage.Then,this research could provide references for further study and practical projects.This thesis uses water samples which locates a university campus as the experimental object.In order to explore a new method of killing alage,different process conditions to kill alage by DC field,pulsed electric field,ozone and pulse electrical field-ozone coordination method are used.The results show that:(1)The electrical field method of killing alage is valid as a new techology to remove alage.(2)The pulse electrical field has more efficiency to the alage than the effect of DC field.When the reaction time is 20min and 300mL waste water was treated with, the degeneration rate of DC field and pulse electrical field are 60.12%and 74.51%.(3) The ozone has good degenemation effect to the alage.When the reaction time is lmin, the density of ozone is 10 mg/min and 300mL water was treated with,the degeneration rate of alage may reach 80.27%.(4)The best craft condition of pulse electrical field-ozone coordination processing is obtained.When the pulse electric is 20mA/cm2,the flux of ozone is 3mg/L,the reactor time is 20min and 300mL water was treated with,the killing alage rate of pulse electrical field-ozone coordination method may reach 89.58%.Under the same process time,the killing alage rate is higher 29.46%and 15.12%than only single using DC field or puls electirc respectively.(5)The current density,reactor time and the volume of dealing with water samples are the greater impact to the rate of killing alage.When the volume of water is less,the reactor time is longer and the current density is bigger,the rate of killing alage can reach higher level.The conclusion of this thesis show that the pulse electrical field-ozone coordination technology has good degeneration effect to the alage.The results indicate that algae could be inactivated and killed by the pulse electrical field-ozeone coordination treatment for the water sample.After this treament,the algae cells lose the ability to grow.This techology may has the widespread application prospect.
