This paper microorganisms in the circulating cooling water of power plant that the reclaimed water of city as the research object, by analyzing and studying for the reclaimed water of sewage treatment plant and circulating cooling water of Jinqiao power plant in Hohhot within one year, the results show that the reclaimed water which achieve the industrial cooling water standard must be to treat deathly when the reclaimed water is recycled as the circulating cooling water of power plant.According to water quality data of tests, the heterotrophic bacteria as the main microbial that can affect in the circulating cooling water of power plant; using two sets of made the circulating cooling water system simulation platform to sterilize. This paper studies the germicidal efficacy for the heterotrophic bacteria with electromagnetic pulse and high frequency electrostatic field under the dynamic simulation cooling water system. Investigation the voltage, flow velocity, frequency range and temperature on the germicidal efficacy of electromagnetic frequency pulses; and study of voltage, flow rate, temperature on the germicidal efficacy of high voltage electrostatic field, and to explore each of two physical methods of sterilization mechanism. The study have great significance in improve water quality of power plant circulating cooling water , reduce the added chemicals to the environment resulting from secondary pollution of water and explore new ways of industrial circulating cooling water treatment.From the experimental results, the electromagnetic frequency pulse on heterotrophic bacteria to kill a certain effect, but the germicidal efficacy is not stable. The water swept range of bacteria, the voltage has a selective sweep, only in the range of output voltage and swept under the right conditions can play better on the heterotrophic bacteria killing effect.With the applied voltage and the increase of processing time the germicidal efficacy increased.In this study, voltage is 10V, sweep 11 ~ 17kHz, temperature is 30℃, velocity of 0.89m/s, the device germicidal efficacy is more obviously, hydraulic circulating a half hours, the bactericidal rate was 82.6%.In the high voltage electrostatic field bactericidal experiments, the results show that the high voltage electrostatic field on water of heterotrophic bacteria have better inactivation effect, with time prolonged, the voltage and temperature increased, the bactericidal rate has rising trend . In this study, the operating voltage 12kV, temperature is 30℃, when the running time of more than 4h, the bactericidal rate reached 90.11%; running time of more than 11h, the bactericidal rate of 99.9%; other conditions remain unchanged, the temperature is raised to 35℃, running time is only 4h, the bactericidal rate to 90%. If the running times enough, the high voltage electrostatic bactericidal rate could reach high.
