Using modern high-tech means of thermal analysis and evaluation is very important and meaningful for improving the economy and reliability of the units and shorten the maintenance cycle.The main research content of this article is to assume a petrochemical enterprise R & D "101J air compressor thermodynamic performance calculation and evaluation system" of the main tasks of scientific research topic.Developed the WINDOWS-based performance evaluation of thermal performance under the success of the former research.Paper first focus on the calculation and evaluation of compressor thermal performance,second introduce a certain innovation on B/S structure.Include:program design,to give up the original MFC library,wx Widgets toolkit selection for the latter part of the transformation of software systems easy to lay the basis for transplantation;to internal wet air compressor condensate flow to the working fluid and its thermal performance of indirect parameters were made by detailed analysis and are given for the known export traffic,projected traffic paragraphs code; summarizes the thermal performance assessment on the expected value of the conventional calculation method,combined with the characteristics of this unit is derived only machine for the compressor characteristic curve to predict the effective thermal properties of the method; combination of research work,the successful completion of research work,software systems have been submitted by users,the recognition and praise by the users.Finally,the procedures of the system based on Browser / Server(B / S) structure for the transformation of the design work,a breakthrough has been made for the latter part of the in-depth study to lay the foundation for the work. |
