Research On Vibration And Control Of Large Centrifugal Compressor Unit

Centrifugal compressor is the main dynamic equipment in natural gas treatment plant,which has the advantages of long-distance transportation and large exhaust flow,but also has the disadvantages of causing serious accidents and economic losses due to the damage of instrument,valve and other devices in pipeline structure and line caused by surge.Therefore,in the preliminary design and construction drawing design,the primary consideration is the stability of centrifugal compressor system and anti-surge system Settings.In this paper,PCL803 centrifugal compressor used in a gas treatment plant in Russia is taken as an example.On the premise of studying the working principle and anti-surge mechanism of centrifugal compressor,two field tests are carried out,which are performance curve test and surge line test respectively.Performance curve of the test is to field data under different rotational speed is obtained by theoretical calculation of centrifugal compressor polytropic efficiency,changeful can head,shaft power and compressor flow,control system function performance and safety protection equipment normal operation,the measured performance curve and design performance curve contrast,analyze the deviation degree,and eventually get centrifugal compression flow-speed-changing can head and flow-speed-efficiency measured curve.The surge line test is to test 5 surge points at 65%,80%,90%,100% and 105% rotating speed respectively,verify the anti-surge control and performance boundary,and judge the set value against the anti-surge protection control line to ensure that the compressor unit is working safely.Compressor unit HYSYS simulation platform,in the process of realization of dynamic simulation parameters,the traditional "lumped parameter method" for a certain improvement,"time-space gradient" method is proposed,the two configuration research,explore the law of pipeline under different working condition of centrifugal compressor surge,explore the compressor flow valve,the valve opening,Cv value on the influence of the surge condition,determined to eliminate surge occurred.
