In this dissertation, two novel fluorosilicone oils were prepared through organic synthesis and polymerization.Their structures were characterized and performance was studied. One was applied on fabrics finishing with excellent finishing effect.Using octafluoropenyl alcohol,3-chloropropene and methyldichlorosilane as materials, octafluoropenyloxapylmethyldichlorosiliane was synthesized via condensation reaction and hydrosilylation. The blends of this fluorosilane with dimethyldichlorosilane was used as monomer to give octafluoropenyloxapylmethylsilicon oil via equilibration polymerization.Tha application of octafluoropenyloxapylmethylsilicon oil on fabrics finishing was investigated by optimizing the processing technology. The performance of treated fabrics were tested and the results showed that they posesses good soft and waterproof property.Using 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)bromobenzene and methyltrimethoxysilane or ethyl silicate as materials,a series of novel fluorinated silanes was synthesized via Grignard reaction and substitution reaction. Then a series of 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylsilicon oils were prepared via co-hydrolysis and equilibration poiymerization by altering the molar ratio of 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylmethyldimethoxysilane monomer and dimethoxydimethylsilane. The structure of all the fluorosilicon monomers and fluorosilicon oil was characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,19F NMR and elemental analysis. The property of 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylmethylsilicon oil were investigated, the results showed that their surface tension was higher than that of dimethylsilicon oil,and the thermal stability was identified to be more higher than the latter.
