HMX is widely applied into explosive industry from which,however,a lot of organic pollutant is produced in the form of wastewater which makes great threats to the health of people.What's more,Due to its bactericidal properties,it is difficult to eliminate it by classic treatment methods.In this experiment,UV/ Fenton reagent,US/ Fenton reagent and UV/US/Fenton reagent were employed to treat HMX wastewater respectively.The effect of reaction time,H2O2 dosage,FeSO4·7H2O dosage,pH and initial HMX concentration were investigated,and the optimum condition was determined via orthogonal and factor experiments.The results show that the treatment efficiency of HMX wastewater improves obviously by UV/US/Fenton reagent than only by UV/ Fenton reagent or US/Fenton reagent,and UV/US/Fenton reagent can economize more dosages of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O by good use of H2O2.The optimum conditions with ultraviolet ray;reaction time at 80min;H2O2 concentration at 10%and dosage at 0.09mL;FeSO4·7H2O concentration at 10%and dosage at 0.04mL (FeSO4·7H2O dosage satisfying that nFeSO4·7H2O/nH2O2 is 1:10);pH at 3;initial HMX concentration at 200 mg/L and ultrasonic frequency at 60MHz can reach the best removal efficiency of HMX as 94.3%and the best removal efficiency of CODCr as 55.2%.
