Research On Enterprise Enviromental Information Disclosure System

Enterprise is not only the creators of fortune but also the main polluter of the enviroment.In the 1970s,people believed that enterprise and enviroment are in opposition to each other. Enterprises were force to do waste treatment by government.However,after the Sustainable Development Theory was brought forward in the 1980s,people realized that it's hard to resolve enviromental problems without the cooperation of enterprises and focused on whether the enterprise had discharge of responsibility of environmental protection.The requirement of enviromental information had been increased greatly. Environmental information disclosure had become more and more important.Althought the study of environmental information disclosure have borne fruit,the research goes through an artificial fragmentation because of the two different research views.Therefore,this thesis rediscovers the essence of information,survey enviormental information disclosure in the view of information management,and builds the system of enviormental information disclosure.This thesis firstly studys the reasons and theoretical principles of environmental information disclosure,discusses the concepts of environmental information and environmental information disclosure.Then introduces the Shannon model of communication system as the basic model of environmental information disclosure system,and explains the elements of the model.Thirdly, discourses the demanders of enviromental information, the principals of environmental information disclosure, the supply models, the supervision and the form of environmental information disclosure,which are all the important component elements of enviromental information disclosure system.Finally,design the environmental information disclosure system in a small case.
