The stability of the mining subsidence areas is dominated by many factors which affect it together. At present, the limits of stabilize merely based on the mining time union concrete term, has one-sidedness and the subjectivity, and lacks the scientific basis. The paper analyzes and summarizes the mining subsidence mechanism and the basic characteristic, obtains the influence factors of mining subsidence migration stability. Then, the paper analyzes the influence factors of mining subsidence migration stability with the aid of mechanics and statistics theoretically, and with the FLAC3D value simulation software. In this foundation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the mining subsidence areas migration stability is established. Many questions about the establishment of index system, the choice of term weighting and construction of membership function are discussed emphatically. Based on this model, stabilize of the mining subsidence areas above XiSan section of YaoQiao coalmine is evaluated, and analyzed preliminary. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on migration stability of the mining subsidence area, is a beneficial attempt on this research field. It evolves the mining subsidence area stability evaluation from the traditional single factor decision, the qualitative description and the semi-quantitative analysis, into analysis combining qualitative with quantitative , and causes the entire evaluation process to become the quantitative analysis ,which not only provides a more scientific basis for the mining subsidence area management, but guarantees the economical, social and environment sustainable development.
