This paper takes construction lifting machinery as the research object,discussed the corresponding index system and application of on-site safety status evaluation of tower cranes and construction elevators,which commonly used in the construction industry.First of all,this paper analyzes the research status of construction crane safety on-site safety evaluation,introduces the main research contents and research methods.Then,the configuration,operating environment,site management,and safety regulations and standards related to the safety of the tower crane and the elevator are analyzed.The weight determination and safety evaluation methods of the safety evaluation system for construction cranes on site are discussed.Based on the analysis of 22 typical accidents occurred in construction cranes in recent years,this paper summarizes the main causes of these accidents and guides the direction of the corresponding safety evaluation indicators.And the safety evaluation indicators of the tower steel structure,working mechanism,electrical system,safety protection device and elevator steel structure,transmission system,electrical system,safety protection device,working environment and site management have been clarified.Then,using the principle of analytic hierarchy process,the score data provided by relevant experts is analyzed on Matlab software,quantify all levels of safety indicators,identify major hazards and general risk factors,and establish a rating standard for the safety status of construction cranes.In this paper,a QTZ80 type tower crane at the construction site is used to evaluate the typical case,measure and evaluate safety indicators for on-site safety conditions.Based on this,the safety level of the whole machine is determined.The final assessment of the site safety level is B,and can continue to use for at least 1 year according to the original performance.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively analyze the tower crane.The evaluation results show that the safety risk of the whole machine is general.Comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis shows that the tower crane machine in this case has good safety performance and can ensure continuous and safe use for at least 1 year.
