Petroleum industry workers have pay attention to non-conventional crude oil reservoir by the development of exploitation technique. Heavy oil reservoir is a important part in hydrocarbon energy resources, it has a large proportion in petroleum resources, exploite heavy oil reservoir is a main development trend in the future with our requirement increased. Well test technique is a very important dynamic analysis method in realize and evaluate the reservoir as well as dynamic production monitoring. By means of reasonable oil well testing analysis, we could comprehended and mastered reservoirs characteristics, predicted its productivity so as to master its dynamic production and exploit the reservoirs effectively. So we need to make deeper basic research on theory of well test analysis in heavy oil reservoir, and find a way to analyze heavy oil reservoir. This paper use composite reservoir research method, build up two or three regions composite mathmatical model in homogeneity and double porosity medium based on two and three regions composite model, including: two and three regions composite mathmatical models in thermal recovery homogeneity heavy oil reservoir; two and three regions composite homogeneity reservoir models considered gravity override; two and three regions composite mathmatical models in thermal recovery double porosity medium heavy oil reservoir; two and three regions composite double porosity medium reservoir models considered gravity override. All homogeneity composite reservoir models have considered the effects of heat loss and removable front, but all double porosty medium model didn't consider the effects of heat loss, only two regions models in double porosty medium have considered effects of removable front. Transform mathmatical model into Laplace domain space, solved them and obtain solution in three different outer boundary condition, programed VB computational procedure by using Stehfest Laplace numerical inversion, drawed well test typical curves and analyze the effects of different parameters. This paper provide a theory foundation for well test analysis method in heavy oil reservoir through theoretical investigation for thermal recovery reservoir, and it has important academic value and practical value.
