By 20 years'waterflood development, north of Putaohua oilfield has actualized primary homogeneous infill exploitation regulation and secondary nonhomogeneous infill exploitation regulation to well pattern successively. Along with the incessant rising of composite water cut and ceaseless accretion of oil well's fluid productivity index, oilfield need increase water well's water injection rate ceaselessly (quantity of water injection well) to keep balanced offtake.However Pubei oilfield hasn't developed injection-production system regulation in high water cut stage, so it is necessary to develop the research of injection-production system regulation method. By means of verifying the feasibility and effect of the method in experimental area, raising waterflood control degree farthest, increasing recoverable reserves of oil, establishing substantial foundation for sustainable development of oilfield.The article discusses the necessity and feasibility of injection-production system regulation from Pubei oilfield fact. Through the research to Pubei second BLK, it is knowable that Pubei oilfield exists many question , for example, the oil well quantity-water well quantity ratio is big, oilfield FMP level recovering is confined, the declining rate of oilfield output is quick. From observing The oil well quantity-to-water well quantity ratio and development index, we know oilfield need develop injection-production system regulation. The article draws up five injection-production regulation arrangements and proceeds numerical analogue respectively. Observing the analogue result, ultimate recovery factor of the fifth arrangement which is maximal is 40.68%,the first arrangement is 38.36% and the second arrangement is 38.5%,other arrangements are close to the base case. The waterflood thickness of the frontal four arrangements have different degree loss and conversion well output's loss is big,so we choose the fifth arrangement as the execute case.The ultimate recovery factor is raised 2.94% (from 36.76% to 39.70%).Through the field conduct in Pubei second BLK, confirming 26 conversion wells together.After actualizing conversion arrangement, using status of oil layer is improved, output ascends steadily in regulation area, ascending velocity of cut slows down.it creats advantage for increasing production with measure.it achieves anticipative regulation aim.The research manifests the suit of injection-production system regulation method which is fit for low permeable sublayer narrow and small sandstone oilfield in high water cut stage can apply at other oilfield whose geologic condition resembles Daqing oilfield's.It can improve oilfield development effect and bring considerable economic benefit,so it has broad applicability and generalized effect.
