Waste Leachate is a kind of high-concentration organic waste water.With the development of urbanization and increase of waste disposal filling site,how to carry out effective disposal and standard discharge of waste leachate water in order to prevent surrounding groundwater,soil,atmosphere and life-form from,etc from serious secondary pollution has become an important issue that needs immediate resolution.This task mainly studies the three successful types of disposal methods for small-size waste disposal filling sites and analyzes the composing content and disposal effect of each method.Method One,(UASB/Orbal Oxidation Ditch),is mainly a Biological method.For the leachate with a COD density of 5600mg/L of its incoming water,the COD density of its outcoming water is 176mg/L,and the removal rate is 96.9%;NH3-N density drops from 580mg/L to 17.5mg/L in outcoming water and the removal rate is 97%.Method Two,(Ammonia Stripping plus MBR plus NF) is a combined Physical and Biological method.For the leachate with a COD density of 20000mg/L of its incoming water, the COD density of its outcoming water is 80mg/L,and the removal rate is 99.6%;NH3-N density drops from 2000mg/L to 17.5mg/L in outcoming water and the removal rate is 99.5% and SS removal rate even reaches 99.9%.Method Three,(DT-RO),is mainly a Physical method.For the leachate with a COD density ranging from 5640mg/L to 56000mg/L of its incoming water,the COD density of its outcoming water is all less than 50mg/L,and the removal rate is more than 99.5%;NH3-N density is all less than 25mg/L and SS removal effect is also great.Through the comparison of three methods' technical and economic aspects,we find that method one's minimum operation costs is 4.39 RMB/m~3,but it is greatly affected by the water quality and quantity,thus difficult to maintain the stability of ouctoming water quality; while method two and three possess great operation and disposal effects and the outcoming water quality is stable,meeting the discharge standards required in《Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste》(GB16889-2008).The operation costs of method two is 19.55 RMB/m~3 and that of method three is 34.24 RMB/m~3. Considering the pressure requirement of anti-permeation and high power consumption,we choose method two,(Ammonia Stripping plus MBR plus NF),at last as the design technics of the leachate disposal station in the waste disposal filling site of Tongchuang City and carry out the design calculation of basic infrastructure and confirm the basic operation parameter.
