| In recent years, the application of the Underbalanced Drilling, MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling), and Gas Drilling in development & exploration of oil and gas field got widely used. As a imperative drill fixture, the rotating control head is more and more important. Its target is to develop a set of expert comprehensive platform testing system, which is used for testing, analyzing, and evaluating the performance of the rotating control head. The development of this system can improve the dependability of the important equipment in drilling site, and can offer technical support for research of the rotating control head.Firstly, starting with analysis of the rotating control head actuality, working condition and test demands, the paper established the collectivity plan and confirmed the technical parameter. Through the method of experiment study and theory analyzing, the paper made sure the main loads of the test frame and made finite element calculation of active transverse girder. Matching of testing system and software development has been finished. The designs of hydraulic system and spare parts choosing have also been finished. A rotating control head test system has been developed successfully, which has self-determination knowledge property.The test system can detect many parameters, such as pressure, temperature, displacement, torque, rotating speed and velocity. It can make testing of rotating control head, either new or being used. The system have a set of particular pressure redeem setting ,which can reduce 70% load acted on the active transverse girder and can make pressure undulation less than 5%. Because adopting the advanced Kingview 6.0 configuration software, the detecting system can automatically collect and deal with the test dates in real time. The development of the simulative testing system for rotating control head has padded the technical blank of this field in our country. |
