Yong hu ning pipeline is a long distance pipeline which was put into production in 2004 in the mode of normal temperature transportation. With higher degree of automation and larger scale among the oil transportation pipelines which are under the domination of Transportation Branch, SINOPEC, it has the transport task to support crude oil to all the huge refineries of SINOPEC along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The pipeline got across economically developed areas with dense population, so serious consequences will follow if leakage accident happens. Therefore, the dynamic simulation and operation optimizing study towards the Yong hu ning pipeline operating conditions are of great importance in the safety and energy consumption aspects. In this thesis, based upon the actual site situations and traits, the dynamic simulation mathematic model of the pipeline operating conditions was set up. In order to resolve the mathematic model, the resolving method was also set up by using Characteristics Method and Difference Method. Based upon C++ Builder software exploitation, the"Dynamic simulation software of Yong hu ning pipeline operating conditions"was developed. The main operating conditions were simulated by means of this software. The diversification relations between time and these aspects like the input and output oil station pressure, flux, oil mixture length and position of different transportation schemes along all the stations have been gained. Besides, the simulation results were also analyzed and researched. By means of the optimizing dynamic programming method, the optimizing pressure rising combinations of every station along the Yong hu ning pipeline were resolved and the pipeline was operated in the mode of whole-line obtruction sequence transportation. After comparing the energy consumption under different operating modes of optimizing scheme and side oil tank scheme, the result turned out that the pipeline oil transportation energy consumption can be greatly reduced by means of whole-line obtruction sequence transportation. Associated with the actual oil transportation energy consumption, the energy saving and consumption reduction proposal of the Yong hu ning pipeline operating management was advanced in the end.
