The Research Of Operation Programme Of Dong Lin Crude Oil Pipeline In Winter

DongLin crude oil pipeline,a hot oil line,transports the contamination(mixed by Shengli crude oil and imported oil)and imported oil to LinYi station,under high automatization level and batch transportation technology.For the production assurance and low energy consumption,engineering analysis is made for the working condition in November to February.In addition,energy calculation and recovery check is also carried out for each project after heating furnace closed.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Analysis of physical property and viscosity-temperature characteristics.Density of imported oil is 0.87t/m3,and viscosity in 50? is less than 10mPa·s,with DJENO 18.68mPa·s(50?),Saudi Arabia 18.68mPa·s(40?).Anomalistic point of ShengLi oil and contamination(ShengLi oil : BinNan oil : Oman=90:10:20)is higher than 50?.DJENO is 10?.Contamination(ShengLi oil : Oman=90: 20)is 45?.Pressure drop and flow regime at the maximum risk moment and safest moment in the last period each month.With the demand of maximum allowable pressure and recovery flow rate,imported oil is heated to 25? in BinZhou station.For the lowest energy consumption,comparison is made for each heating project.When changing project 2 to project 8,electric charge is increased 11.85%,while comprehensive energy consumption is decreased 33.95%.Under 5MPa,ZiJiao-LinYi with maximum risk can be restarted successfully.Based on the incoming temperature,hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation is made for LuNing pipeline.When 12 stations is under operation,project 7 can consume the least energy.When 10 stations is under operation,project 8 can consume the least energy.
