Compact spinning is a new spinning technology which develops the ringing spinning technology .An important component of compact spinning system which imbibe wind engender negative-press, is widely used in the world. Lattice apron is one of the key-component in the compacting spinning system. Because of its key effect on the yarn forming, qualified lattice aprons which have high value to study are in demand.In this article, Discussed are the manufacture methods and the properties of lattice aprons of both at home and abroad. Furthermore, a brief presentation is given about the development of its domestic products. First, we tried to weaving a certain length of narrow tubular fabric on the self-refitted K72 silk loom――for the manufacture of lattice apron in the compact spinning system. Then we carried out a series of performance tests on this fabric. During the weaving process, we discussed about how to make choose of raw materials and fabric structure, and the difficulties of making lattice apron were also introduced briefly. Finally, introduce the lattice apron's last finish briefly. When the temperature is 150~190℃,the calefaction time is 20~30 hour,we can get the best quality and have the longer service life .We also find cut the lattice apron used super-sound wave can get the best quality.Likewise, in the process of lattice apron study and from the validation forms , all capabilities of lattice apron were classified and explanted, elongation, abrasion performance,air permeability were tested and the electrical conductivity, permeability and durability were mainly studied and analyzed with the yam performance index, the correlation analysis were made.Used the different types lattice apron to spin different linear density yarns ,and analyze yarn's performance, consider eyelet quantity of lattice apron have the large influence to the performance of yarn .The result shows that larger mesh size is suitable to spin smaller linear density yarn, small mesh size is suitable to spin larger linear density. Middle linear density yarn is much suitable to lattice circle with different mesh size. Through orthogonal test four key processing that effected compact spinning combed fine yarn quality were optimized and designed to improve the yarn quality.
