This paper takes the intellectualized virtual design of the assembling die as the research direction, automatically analyzes the process of making blanking part and how to choose the exact components of the die skeleton and finishes the collection of practical experience and theoretical analysis. On this basis, programs the relevant mathematical model and software of the system and makes innovative basic research for the intellectualized virtual design of the assembling die.First of all, in the assembling die intellectualized virtual design, considerated of the general die technological requirements and assembling die's characteristics, automatically inducts a comprehensive analysis of the process, sums up the analysis of the regulations and mathematical logic to this process, uses Visual Basic language to program the automatic analysis of the process for choosing blanking parts.Assembling die as a whole is assembled by the basic skeleton components. Through collecting the assembling die's blueprints and assembling the diagonal dual-column guide dies practical experience of the selection of die components, concludes the rules of the option in order to create a dual-diagonal die. This article elaborates on the choice of die components knowledge and the rules of the options and sets up research and analysis of the strategy and the way to establish the mathematical model.In this paper, the conclusions of the study show that automatic process analysis and choice of skeleton parts for assembling die can be achieved; the results of the research push intellectualized visual assembling die design process.
