Both coal and land are important natural resources for human. Coal exploitation has contributed greatly to the development for the economy and society for many years .Meanwhile, the concomitant spreading coal mine subsidence has seriously affected the ecological environment, agricultural production, regional economic development and the people's living standard in mining area. The research of the land reclamation in mining area is relatively later in our country and, after the State Council promulgated"the land reclamation regulation", the large-scale research is carried out. Though have summarized a lot of practical experiences and also have gradually formed some more complete theoretical system and reclamation technological system. But , on the whole, there is still insufficient for the research of the mined land reclamation technological system, and there are many problems to be solved promptly in practice. So it is urgent to find a sustainable developing way for the mining area to re-exploit and reuse subsidence based on the local condition, in order to optimize economic, ecological and social benefits after reclamation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the research approach on the restoration of sinking site of coal-mining area, the paper will make a simple research on the problems of reclamation of the coal mine subsidence in China at present. At the same time ,a clearly aim for restoration of sinking site of coal-mining area.The final aim of restoration for wasteland coal-mining area is to restorate the productivity of farmland and ecosystem.With the general land suitability evaluation method and comparative study of the steps proposed for coal mining subsidence and land suitability evaluation methods and procedures. In accordance with the coal mining subsidence and land reclamation and cultivation of the principle of best value for money, according to local conditions and the principle of giving priority to agricultural land, in discussing the suitability evaluation of land mines on crop cultivation, fruit cultivation and animal husbandry, the use of Reclamation conducted a focus on the direction of . Considering the forecast of ground subsidence mining data and topography, to determine the overall goal of land reclamation 1779.01hm2. Reclamation of arable land to achieve the goal of which 1472.30hm2; garden reclamation goals 16.03hm2; woodland reclamation goals 229.87hm2; grassland reclamation goals 60.8hm2. Goal of land reclamation should be built for 113.08hm2, the remainder of the unused land 11.74hm2 ,that is rivers, lakes, reed and the beach not suitable for agricultural land and construction as the land, maintaining its original land-use type, not for their reclamation.In this study, Zhaojiazhai mine land reclamation for the development of case studies, the use of land reclamation in the ecological reconstruction techniques, the use of engineering measures and bio-technical measures on the coal mining subsidence and carried out a detailed program of ecological engineering land reclamation design, adjustment of the coal mining subsidence area of land-use structure, the function of land resources has been a clear division, in order to achieve the adjustment of agricultural structure, improve the economic benefits of coal mining subsidence area ready.This study in order to increase the ecological engineering design for the main objectives of agricultural land, in accordance with the agricultural land to agricultural production requires irrigation and drainage systems, traffic roads and forest green belt of farmland for the detailed design, with a view to further enhance the coal production capacity of the land subsidence of land so that agricultural land in production to play the role of natural disasters at the same time, improving the local ecological environment.
