| Large-scale exploitation of the coal resources led to the land damaged seriously, such as excavation, cover, subsidence. Especially, a large proportion of that is cultivated land. Therefore, land reclamation is one of the effective ways to realize "Requisition-compensation Balance" and "red line" of cultivated land in the future due to the limited cultivated land resource in China. The land reclamation in mining area and environmental renovation works started relatively late in China. The newly released "land reclamation regulations" by Ministry Of Land And Resources, which require governments not to only reclaim the damaged land but also make the land reclamation plans for quasi-damaged land, to realize the goal of slow down the degree of the land damage and speed up the land reclamation. Theory and practical experience of land reclamation has gain many useful achievement after hard worked several decades. However, the prediction of land damage, design the land reclamation plan before mining and mining while reclamation works still at exploration stage. How to utilize the newly technology develop the empirical research works of the prediction of land damage, statistics degree and area of damaged land and design the land reclamation plan still needs a lot of research to be done.The research referred to the latest land reclamation theories and methods at home and abroad in coal mining area. The article summarized several typical land reclamation modes based on the analysis of environmental effect and land damage due to the coal mining, by take the Antaibao coal mine and the South Lake Park which have successful land reclamation for example. The article introduced the3S technology briefly and described its application in land reclamation works in detail. The research choose Zhenxing coal mine as practice area, selected the probability-integral method suit for mountain area after compared and analyzed the deformation subsidence prediction methods, and used the mountain surface subsidence deformation software for mountain area, combined field survey and data collection, identified the predicted parameters of subsidence deformation and simulated the movement of mine surface and deformation in mining area. Summarized the boundary, degree, land classification, area of damaged and quasi-damage land by use3S technology. Finally, evaluated the suitability of those land use GIS software, and worked out the preliminary land reclamation plan for Zhenxing coal mining area. |
