To obtain the development of high efficiency, low toxicity, good environmental structure of a novel pesticide active compounds, is the creation of pesticide research diredtion, with biological activity of the pyridine derivatives of pesticides is precisely adapted to the requirements of the development of research topics. In this paper, the results of previous studies on the basis of rational design and use of biological activity of the principle of superposition, design and synthesis of a series I and II of the 27 new O,O-dialkyl-2,6-pyridinyl diformoxy alkyl phosphonates and III series of the 10 new 2,6-pyridinedicarbonyl thioureas. The structure of the target compouds arre as follows:I. O,O-dimethyl-2,6-pyridinyl diformoxy alkyl phosphonates (17 compounds, Ia~q)II. O,O-diethyl-2,6- pyridinyl diformoxy alkyl phosphonates (10 compounds, IIa~j)III. 2, 6 -dicarbonyl thiourea pyridine derivatives (10 compounds, IIIa~j) In this paper,the synthetic methods of three kinds of title compounds were studied, the synthetic condition of target compounds and the related intermediates were discussed. All the title compounds were tested by IR, MS, 1HMNR and element analysis. In addition, all title compounds were tested for herbicidal activity, and the relationship on the basis of their structre-avtivity are discussed in particular. Tested results showed that all compounds have some herbicidal activity, and some also have a certain regulating function of plant growth.
