On the ground of summarizing reference documents, the purpose of this paper lies on preparing and sifting better diesel flow improvers(DFI)for the Daqing 0# diesel, and the better conditions of the best PPD for Daqing 0# diesel were investigated in this paper. Liquid paraffin were produced by urea complex from the Daqing 0# diesel, and the carbon distribution was investigated. The results showed that the largest of percentages was n-17 in the Daqing 0# diesel, the content of the n-16 and n-18 was in close, the content of everyone was lower than n-17, the content of n-17, n-16 and n-18 were 36.7%, the percentage of C15~C21 was 75%,the average relative molecular weight of n-alkanes in Daqing 0# diesel was 250.50, and the average number of carbon atoms was 17.75.The best dose of MAm-St was 0.5%, MAm-St(Styrene- Maleic anhydride mixed ester) could reduce the pour point of Daqing 0# diesel 10 degrees. The best synthesis conditions of MAm-St were: the ratio of the 14alcohol: 16 alcohol: 18 alcohol was 1:3:2, the amount of catalyst was 1.2%, the reaction time was 7h, the ratio of the Maleic anhydride mixed ester : Styrene was 2:1, and the amount of initiatorwas 1.0%.The best dose of PA was 0.5%, PA(poly octadecyl acrylate) could reduce the pour point of Daqing 0# diesel 10 degrees. The best synthesis conditions of octadecyl acrylate was: octadecyl /alcohol was 1.2:1, the amount of catalyst was 1.0%, the reaction temperature was 120℃, the dosage of toluene used for carrying water was 45% of the total acid alcohol and the reaction time was 6 h. The best synthesis conditions of octadecyl acrylate PA was that the reaction temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 5 h , the dosage of hydroquinone used for inhibitor was 0.6% of the total acid alcohol, and the dosage of initiator was 1.0%.Combinating MAm-St,PA and EVA, When the dose of PPD was 0.5%, the ratio of MS:T was 1:4, the Daqing 0# diesel was decreased by 17℃; When the dose of PPD was 0.5%, the ratio of PA:T was 1:4, the Daqing 0# diesel was decreased by 18℃. Researching on the placed time, there was no rebound phenomenon, indicating that the compound effect of PPD MAm-St, PA and commercial pour point depressant T was stable.
