Research On The Technology Of Increasing Drilling Penetration In Xujiaweizi Region

Deep drilling is very important in the drilling engineering of oil&gas exploration,the deep drilling technology is also one of the coring technologies for rapidly development of the drilling system of the Oilfield.With the gradually going deep,the speeding up of the deep formation oil&gas exploration and the development in Xujiaweizi region of Daqing Oilfield,the total depth and the technical casing depth increased annually,resulting more difficultly in the drilling engineering operation.Based on the analysis of the drilling technological difficulties in Xujiaweizi region of Songliao basin,the paper aims at the deep formation characteristics of Xujiaweizi,the research of high temperature,high pressure rock characters of the deep conglomerate ,tuff,their application in improvement of deep drilling efficiency and the manufacturing of drilling equipment,a completed set of drilling technology relatively suitable for drilling operation in Xujiaweizi of Songliao basin has been formed.It has provided the strong technological support for the accelerating deep exploration and the improvement of deep drilling operation ability,increasing the mechanical rate and drilling economic benefits,reducing the drilling cycle time,cost and occurrence and happening of drilling engineering accidents.
