Preparation And Application Of High Efficiency Demulsifier

According to the properties of Gudong crude oil producted in No.1 multi-purpose station, combining field technology and production experiences accumulated through many years, six demulsifier,such as AR-1, AR-2, AP-1, AP-2, GP-1, GP-2, has been choosed and composited by interior laboratory experiments. After that, three kind of demulsifier chemicals, AR-2, AP-1, GP-2, which has better effect in view of low ratio of dehydration, slow dehydration velocity, and high oil content of sewerage, have been selected. And then, these three kind of demulsifier chemicals have been combined (mass ration1:1) and assessed for dehydration efficiency. The results of combination experiments shown that the most effective combination is AR-2+AP-1 and AR-2+GP-2. A set of optimization experiments leads to the optimal conditons: AR-2:AP-1:GP-2=3:2:1 massconcentration of total demulified is 30mg/l(at 55℃); dehydration rate is 97.6%; dehydrated water was clear and interface was trim.The new demulsifier has been industrially producted and field tested, and has been proved to be a high efficiency demulsifier.
