The group the author of this paper work in, research from the system characteristic of plastic injection molding processes, from the process of thinking a test mode constrcte the mixed intelligent model of setting injection parameters, based on the model and co-developed injection molding machine parameters intelligence set system with Ningbo Hai Tai Machinery Manufacturing Co.This system runs on ordinary PC, and communications with injection molding machine controller through the Ethernet interface. In order to save costs, excluding incidental computer, Omit the user training, user-friendly to use, in order to meet the needs of industrial applications and enhance system stability, the author of this paper make the injection molding machine parameters intelligence set system based on desktop transplanted to the injection of its own ARM9 chips controller.
