Titanate salt compounds with the advantage of wide source of raw materials, low cost, simple synthesis method, easily modified and doping, are a series of high-value-added and broad prospects for development of fine chemical products. With the development of the electronics industry, particularly the sensitive components of the production requirements and the establishment of quality management system, it needs the higher quality control of electronic components' raw materials increasingly. The direction of trace and even more trace is the Titanate series' indicators of impurities in raw materials. Therefore, the corresponding simple, reliable method of analysis has become the subject of people's attention.The sensitivity of flame atom absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) in the alkaline earth metals becomes lower sensitivity, coupled with a large number of its titanium matrix interference.Series of raw materials and titanium impurities in the metal content is also relatively low in this, the use of the existing ministerial standard test, the lower the value of the response, apparatus, relatively large measurement errors. In this paper, in order to solve the FAAS determination of alkaline earth metal in a lower sensitivity of the issue have been introduced by a sense of its flotation.
