Solid-liquid two phase flow's parameters measurement is a common problem. Because of its special attributes, there are a lot of differences when measuring compared with normal liquid flow. This paper consider coal-ash flow used in grouting in separated-bed to reduce surface subsidence engineering as an example, get its related parameters such as flow, pressure, density, and discussed some questions in solid-liquid two phase flow's measurement progress.System design included: 1. designed a suitable measurement system for grouting in separated-bed to decrease subsidence engineering, make sure it can work well in grouting station; 2. compared and discussed flow sensor, pressure sensor and density sensor used in solid-liquid two phase flow measuring area, choose the most suitable sensor or improve its performance to fit the work condition, construct a hardware system to fulfill its requirements; 3. develop and debug software to realize data acquisition and processing, database administration, picture showing, printing and local network's communication. The system now are used in Tangshan Coal mine grouting engineering, Fangezhuang Coal Mine grouting system, and it works well since installed. It provides science data administration to the grouting engineering research and plays a positive role in the spreading of the grouting engineering.
