This subject originates from the subsidization project (07JC11) of Shaanxi Province education department science and technology research plan, the major topic is that how to realize swiftly locate the accuracy localization during the mine shaft working in the complex environmental condition. Although contemporary many kinds of personnel's located the technical part already to apply in the disaster time mine emergency and rescue equipment, but all each one with difficulty overcame the flaw was unable to satisfy the emergency recovery the special demand.This paper start from the demand analysis of obtaining mine shaft emergency recovery, has studied carefully including the mine shaft rescue environment which full of CO,CO2,NO2,CH4, mine shaft wireless radio-frequency signal transmission characteristic and so on the key questions. Studied and proposed might apply in the mine shaft wicked slightly environment the personnel located the principle and the method, simultaneously unified modern RFID and the ultra low power loss design technology proposed based on the high integration rate, the low power loss CC1100 radio frequency chip, the power management, the mine emergency recovery search and rescue system project design which the MSP430 ultra low power loss monolithic integrated circuit data processing technology and the essential security embedded computer technology unified. This project can realize the initiative transmission localization signal, the magnanimous automatic memory, the RSSI localization information real time display, the synchronization demonstrated is stranded functions and so on personnel status information. Also has the power loss to be low, the service life is extending, compatible ability, swift localization, easy operation.The project has completed the key technologies research, the hardware circuit design and the realization, the software design and the debugging work as well. Finally researches and develops a set of mine shaft emergency recovery personnel to locate the search and rescue system prototype, and made the comprehensive test to the equipment to achieve the spacious location wireless signal distance was bigger than 200M, in the mine shaft tunnel 60M and can penetrate the 5M coal bed the design request. The test result indicated that this system has certain application value, may apply in the mine crash-rescue operations.
