Research Of Evaluation System Of Stamping Product Line Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

After join the WTO, China's automobile industry developed rapidly, the country's total car production and sales number rose year by year. The growing of automobile manufacturing enterprise's number makes more and more intense competition in the automotive industry. In order to triumph in the fierce market competition, various car manufacturers depend on new car models which have advanced performances, novel shapes or a more practical form to explore and dominate the market. However, the changes and replacements of vehicle's variety mainly depend on automotive body panel's changes.Stamping product line as the key equipment for automobile manufacturing, its manufacturing process and quality standards not only directly impact the body panel's feature, quality and manufacturing costs, but also determine the competitiveness and market life of automotive products. It will relate to the investment and selection of stamping product line and some equipment, when build new press shop, new stamping product line or rebuild the existing product line.Combined with the development of automobile manufacturing enterprise and its practical pressing production to evaluate the stamping product line of different types, characteristics and different manufacturers, which help the enterprise's decision-makers make correct equipment selection and system configuration of stamping product line, establish investment strategies and projects, then improve arts and crafts' level, manufacturing quality and production efficiency, reduce production costs of stamping production. In this context, this article designs a special project evaluation system of stamping product line.This evaluation system settles the foundation to achieve the conversion that from traditional experience evaluation to systematic theoretical evaluation, improved the informationization of evaluation. It has the virtue of simple use, good interface of human-computer interaction, strong fault-tolerant, low cost, convenient reuse and so on. Using this system for project evaluation of stamping product line can completely eliminate the need for complex calculations, accurately and easily arrive at the project evaluation results, in order to facilitate decision-makers to make decisions.In order to study the theoretical methods and practical application of evaluation system of stamping product line based on AHP carefully and comprehensively, this article based on analyze the theoretical methods of evaluation in the system engineering and the application of practical production of stamping product line in automobile manufacturing enterprises, combining with some knowledge about the application program design of MATLAB/GUI, according to the requirements of use AHP for evaluation, using MATLAB/GUI graphical interface to program, has established a project evaluation system of stamping product line, and has gotten the evaluation results by use this system to evaluate three practical projects of stamping product line, as the robotic automation product line, the manipulator automation product line and the manual product line.
