Since the reform and opening up,China's Railway Construction and railway traffic has been rapid development. After a few post-acceleration, rail transport capacity to be greatly improved. Compared with other modes of transport, there are many advantages of high-speed railway which list as follows: fast, large passenger, day waiting, secure, low energy consumption, little pollution, small footprint, comfort, high efficiency and suitable for wide groups. Although China's high-speed railway development lags far behind the advanced world level, with the tireless efforts of Chinese scientists and railway builders, a series of breakthroughs and progress has been made.High-speed railway is a large and complex system, and the most important component is the track. Domestic trial is the Borg ballastless slab track in China. Template bearing rail station is the basic shape workpiece of the Borg ballastless track. We use it as a mold to produce concrete precast panels track. After the completion of shrinkage, we use of CNC grinding machine to process bearing rail station. It can achieved excellent accuracy, and it can greatly reduce the on-site debugging. Because of the complexity of CNC forming grinder and machining precision control within 0.1mm, we need very high accuracy requirements of bearing rail station. And its shapes are special, so it has some difficulty in forming.In this paper, one-way tensile test studies Drawing Performance of 3mm-thick high-quality carbon cold-rolled plates 08Al, measures its drawing performance parameters and uses a numerical simulation method to simulate forming process of high speed railway track bearing template in different deformation conditions. So we can forecast the possibility of forming, deep drawing process, stress and strain distribution in forming process and force parameters. We will design deep drawing process and die of high speed railway track bearing template, compare the results of different processes of forming and based on the simulation analysis to determine the optimal process parameters and die structure. We individual optimize the critical pre-forming process and die, do numerical simulation and analyse the simulation results. So we can complete the research for drawing process of high speed railway's track template.
