In the karst ecosystem, the low rate of rock weathering, the low soil formation, the shallow soil, and bio-slow-growing, decided this ecosystem with low resistance to foreign interference, the system flexibility in a small disturbance with a long recovery time required for the specialsex and vulnerability. Two kinds of natural and man-made factors under the influence of existence of serious soil erosion, karst mountain areas, rocky desertification area of expansion, the natural vegetation degradation, biodiversity decline, soil quality and reduced quality of life of low ecological and socio-economic issues, the fragile eco-the environment and the poor socio-economic development reinforce each other. The evaluation of such regional ecological fragility, the promotion of eco-construction, to achieve sustainable economic and social development of great significanceAs China's ecological environment is deteriorating, regional eco-environmental vulnerability analysis and study more and more. Eco-environmental vulnerability affected by many factors, can be divided into two major natural factors and human factors class. Caused by regional eco-environmental vulnerability because there is a natural background, while human beings can be improved through the construction of a reasonable rent regulation a priori more fragile ecological environment; and irrational use of human or even damage to the environment, would make a better environment had become a fragile ecological environment. Therefore, the fragility of the ecological environment is a relative, the absolute stability of the ecological system is non-existent. As human activities transform nature, scale and intensity of the continuing increase, resulting in a relatively stable ecosystem functioning of ecological imbalance and caused degradation of the fragile eco-system into zones. This article from the perspective of landscape ecology, based on field observations of field study area and land use data, using criteria for the classification of landscape types in order to state-level land use and cover classification system as the foundation, combined with the landscape characteristics of the study area will be in the study area the landscape is divided into cultivated land, woodland, grassland, water area, construction land and unused land six kinds of landscape types, the study area as a fragile ecological environment and the type of research.Use of landscape pattern indices to reflect the study area with the major ecological problems of environmental factors as the evaluation index, building vulnerability index of landscape types and, through the landscape types of space-based vulnerability index for regional eco-environmental vulnerability of quantitative expression, may reflect different landscape types are subject to interference and vulnerability differences. To reflect the intensity of interference suffered landscape landscape pattern index, select the degree of landscape fragmentation, fractal dimension, separation and aggregation index as a vulnerability assessment of landscape types in the landscape pattern factor; selected study areas to reflect the major ecological problems of soil erosion index, vegetation cover index and the karst area ratio of three factors on the landscape pattern to complement the information, so that evaluation results can comprehensively reflect the state of the environment, as well as landscape ecology degree of interference suffered. On this basis, the use of spatial analysis on the composite index method for the ecological environment in the area of quantitative assessment of vulnerability, which in-depth analysis of the region the characteristics of ecological fragility and the major stress factors. Finally, according to its main ecological problems and the stress factor system to put forward practical ecological restoration and reconstruction strategy for the fragile ecological environment of karst areas and provide scientific guidance for sustainable development, while related to ecological restoration and reconstruction of research to provide effective reference and reference.
