Liaoning coastal zone is located in an important position of Bohai Sea region and the keyareas of Northeast Asia Economic Circle, and the old industrial bases in northeast China andNortheast Asia to open up the importang regional cooperation. In this paper, a case study onsix cities in the Dandong, Dalian, Yingkou, Panjin, Jinzhou and Huludao in Liaoning coastalzone as the study area. the land types in the study area is divided into paddy fields, dryland, woodland, grassland, water, urban and rural construction land, everglades and unused land, eight categories of land use landscape elements, selected10landscape Features Index fromthe plaque and landscape for landscape pattern analysis, systematic analysis of the study arealand use landscape pattern; on this basis, the use of model evaluation, six cities in Liaoningcoastal strip of land use landscape elements of vulnerability and ecological vulnerabilitycomprehensive measure; and ecological vulnerability value quantitative correlation analysisand landscape features index. The main conclusions are:(1) The landscape pattern of six cities in Liaoning coastal zone performance as follows:Dandong Yingkou and Huludao’s largest area of landscape is dryland,Dalian and Jinzhou’slargest landscape is dryland, Panjin’s largest landscape is paddy; from the largest patch indexpoint, the advantages of six cities in Liaoning coastal zone is arable land; judging from thelandscape diversity index, Panjin has the highest landscape diversity index, Dandong is thelowest; judging from the landscape dominance index, Dandong is the highest, Panjin is thelowest; judging from the landscape evenness index, Panjin is the highest, Dandong is thelowest(2) Six cities in Liaoning coastal zone has the different values for Each type of land uselandscape vulnerability, specific performance: Dandong City’s urban and rural constructionland>unused land>grassland>woodland>water>dryland>everglades>paddy; Dalian’s urbanand rural construction land>woodland>grassland>everglades>water>dryland> paddy>unusedland; Yingkou ‘s urban and Rural construction Land>water>unused land>everglades>woodland>dryland>paddy; Panjin’s unused land>urban and rural construction land>grassland>woodland>dryland>everglades>water>paddy; Jinzhou’s grassland>urban and ruralconstruction land>unused land>water>woodland>everglades>dryland>paddy; Huludao’surban and rural construction land>unused land>water>grassland>paddy>woodland>everglades>dryland. (3) The ecological vulnerability of Dandong, Dalian, Yingkou, Panjin, Jinzhou, Huludaoin Liaoning coastal zone are respectively0.337、0.3654、0.2416、0.1891、0.2618、0.2233.Ecological vulnerability of the six cities are in different levels, among this Dandong andJinzhou are at the low-risk area, Dalian is at the risk zone, Yingkou, Panjin and Huludao areat the weak-risk area.(4) Correlation analysis showed: Liaoning coastal zone’s ecological vulnerability andlandscape diversity index is highly negatively correlated, ecological vulnerability andlandscape fragmentation index is highly positively correlated, ecological vulnerability andlandscape dominance index is significantly positively correlated, ecological vulnerability andlandscape evenness index is significantly negatively correlated, ecological vulnerability andthe largest patch index showed low negative correlation...
