The Study Of The Industrial Eco-planning And Development Of Zhuanghe City

The eco-industrial park has been studied for more than ten years abroad, and the implementation of eco-industrial park has obtained good performance. However, it is still at initial stage in our country. The related theories and practice are valuable research directions. Now it is important to co-ordinate environment and economy for countries by establishing eco-industrial parks and developing ecological economy.In this study, based on the ecology theory and combining natural ecology and engineering sciences, it tries to develop ecological planning in human industrial activities and the natural which aims to achieving sustainable socio-economic development in new-type industrialization. Based on the comparative analysis in the significance of industrial planning, the conditions and the constraints of Zhuanghe city's industrial ecological planning, this study investigated economic, social and environmental conditions of the city. Through a deep study, it develops a plan of guiding ideology, basic principles, planning objectives, the industrial system, industrial layout, the ecological chain, which includes the eco-industrial park industrial systems planning, project construction planning, eco-construction planning, and implementation of the plan. Analysis of the economic, environmental and social benefits, are also presented the implementation plan.The eco-industrial plan of Zhuanghe city and the establishment of circular economy system have a great significance to Zhuanghe city's own development, as well as to the coastal economic zone of Liaoning province.
