Research On Circular Economy Strategies Of Fengnan Coastal Industrial Zone In Tangshan

In recent years, environmental pollution and ecological destruction brought by the traditional economic model has become serious. Countries around the world are looking for a sustainable pattern of growth, and then circular economy theory came into being. China’s economic development faster, but also faces many problems, such as a large population, lack of resources, fragile ecological environment. Only circular economy can resolve the contradiction between the shortage of resources and the growth of economic.This paper analyzes the theory of establishment the eco-industrial park, such as circular economy, industrial ecology and cleaner production, etc., and explored the steps and methods of the eco-industrial park’s establishment, by selecting Fengnan coastal industrial zone as a case. According to the characteristics of the region, it pointed out that the superior location advantages, resources and energy constraints and limited carrying capacity of ecological environment determines Fengnan district must take the route of the recycling economy.This paper discussed the development program of Fengnan coastal industrial zone on the enterprise, industrial zone and social levels. At the enterprise level, with the Bohai Steel Group for example, it pointed out that the approach to the utilization of residual heat and pressure, residual gas, solid waste, etc. by analyze the source of waste and by-products of Sintering, iron making, steel making and other processes, and mature technologies at home and abroad are required. At the level of the industrial zone, it designed the mainly industry chain composed of fine steel manufacturing, chemical, thermal power plants, building materials industry, and part by the supplementary enterprise, such as venous industries. At the social level, it pointed out that to develop circular economy, one should strengthen the cooperation mechanism with surrounding areas to attract more enterprises to participate in it, and should develop the environmental protection industry vigorously for the formation of circular economy industrial system and social system. Finally, it analyzed countermeasures of circular economy development of Fengnan coastal industrial zone, and then revealed the ultimate goal is to create eco-industrial park.
