Along with the development of our country's oil industry and oilfield tube furnace demand have become growing,and the use of performance requirements have become more sophisticated.the customer requests not only to enhance machine capability but also to cut the design period.But the current design and intensity calculation work is mainly completed by handicraft,This is not only inefficient but also not accurate due to make a great deal of simplifications and approximations.Further more,it is not conducive to the sustainable development of research and development of tube furnaces because it is more time-consuming and costly.To solve the problems mentioned above,The author studies the parametric technology,the parametric finite element analysis,the ANSYS secondary development technology,the optimization technology,the VB programming technology carefully,and proposed tube furnace finite element analysis and optimization design system solutions.The content of the study in this paper are follows:(1)According to characteristics of the metal structure of the furnace,we can make an propriate simplification to the furnace,using APDL to establish parameterized finite element analysis models of metal structures of furnace.the paper analysis various load conditions of furnace,and calculate the strength,stiffness of the 4000 KW furnace structure in the ANSYS environment.(2)The paper makes modal analysis,wind load and seismic load dynamic response analysis of 4000 KW furnace of traditional design.we can confirm the furnace is able to meet the design requirements by analyzing the results and make a comparsion of dynamic wind load and equivalent static wind load analysis results.(3)Based on"relative difference quotient",the paper develops discrete variable optimization algorithm and composes the corresponding optimization program.the paper take the traditional 4000 KW furnace as an optimal example.(4)An efficient FEA analysis system is established by integrating the parametric technology,the finite element technology and the optimization technology through using VB in this paper.
