Finite element method is a commonly used method in the analysis of machine and optimization performance.But the operation process of common finite element software is usually complex,needs a lot of time and manpower.And for the common machine tool products,there are a large number of structufalcharacteristics and analysis requirements on the repeat.So developing the finite element analysis system based on the characteristics of the machine can improve efficiency of product development for enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of them.In this paper,the water-jet cutting machine tool is used as the research object.According to its structural characteristics and its analysis and optimization requirements,the analysis and optimization system for water-jet cutting machine tool is developed with the object-oriented software design method.This paper contains following contents:1.According to the general theory about finite element analysis and optimization of structure and the specific characteristics of the water cutting machine tool,determine the requirement of analysis and optimization.Based on that introduce the work process of system,select the develop tools for the system.Design overall structure of the software?confirm the principle of work and design ideal for the system.2.Classify the existing structure of water-jet cutting machine.Design parametric modeling program for each parts and of machine with APDL language.According to the requirements of analysis and optimization for water cutting machine,design the parameterized procedures to analyze and optimize each structure of machine with APDL language.3.Based on the object-oriented method,designs the class structure which is used to store the information of model structure and analyze requirement.Design table structure used to store the design knowledge and specific information of machine in the database.Introduce the basic method to call ANSYS to analyze and optimize the corresponding structure and feedback its computing result,and method to manage the information of machine in database.4.Use the vb.net program language to carry out the secondary development of ANSYS.Based on the previous designed method,realize the analysis and optimization function module in the system.According to the actual requirements of designing process of water-jet cut machine,design the specific interface and operation process of system.Use the analysis and optimization of a Longmen machine tool to prove the practicability of the system.
