With the improvement of plastic performance and the development of mold technology, more and more products are substituted by plastic products. But, most of the maintenance and try-out operations of moulds are performed by hands, which affect the precision and efficiency of manufacturing of injection mold. Mold Spotting Press designed in the paper is the best solution for injection mold. It is possible in few seconds to safely open and close the mould and make an accurate and full check, so it can improve the productivity of mold cavity, detect problems of injection mold design in the simulation of working state and manufacturing earlier in order to improve and amend the mold promptly and less time of testing mold, reduce the strength of labor of workers.Firstly, according to the process and characteristics of testing mold, assembly and adjustment of injection mold in the paper, the special mold equipment designed for injection mold is presented after structure and function analyses of Mold Spotting Press. The 3D modeling software Solid Works is adopted to build the models of1000KN Mold Spotting Presses.Meanwhile,the movement and force analysis of Rotational System is studied based on MATLAB.Some results have been calculated on the diagram analysis, including the relation between the elongation of the cylinder and the rotational angle of the overturning pallet, and the variety of the corresponding kinematics, load and angular speed.Furthermore, the movement simulation of turning institutions is carried based COSMOS/Motion, comparing the motion characteristics of the uniform circular motion of the turn table with linear uniform motion of piston movement.At the same time,based on the finite element analysis software COSMOS-Works.Determine the best design option by comparing strengths, life, cost, and weight. Perform all comparisons and design modifications within the SolidWorks environment.Finite element static analysis of the frame and master cylinder is performed respectively, according to the data of static analysis, the structure of frame and hydraulic cylinder are optimized.The weight of cylinder reduces from 205.1983kg to 139.0216kg, which is a decrease of 32% in weight. The reduction of Volume frame is 9.28%, obtaining reasonable frame structure. FEA and optimizing provide a theoretical reference to design frame and cylinder in improving reasonableness of force distribution and the rationality of structure.At last, based on the analysis of testing process, the hydraulic system of Mold Spotting Press is calculated. In order to ensure the rational structure of pipe, the hydraulic system of the press is piped with Routing, the software of pipeline modeling which is considered as a substitute for the traditional design verification of pipe layout design process of hydraulic system.
