Fluororubber (FKM) is a novel synthetic rubber, whose high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance are better than those of general rubber. But the adverse processing property and low temperature tolerance, and high price of FKM are restricting its development.In this paper, in order to improve comprehensive property of FKM, FKM and NBR were incorporated to obtain high performance blended rubber- NBR/FKM/. First, the formulation of FKM was confirmed by investigating the influence of the sort and amount of acid absorbent, reinforcing agent on processing property, mechanical property, and aging property of FKM. The results show that the comprehensive property of FKM was better when the formulation of FKM was: F246 100, MgO 5, Ca(OH)2 3, curing agent3# 3, carbon N990 15. The effect of sulfuration system, reinforcing system, and intenerating system on processing property, mechanical property, and aging property of rubber using NBR/BR (85/15). The results show that the comprehensive property of the rubber was better when its formulation was: NBR(JSR250S) 85, BR 15, ZnO 5, (RD 1+MB 1)2, fast extrusion carbon 30, gas-blendeded carbon black 20, DOA/DOS 25 , composite curing agent 3.5, stearic acid 2, other promoter 4.FKM and NBR master batch were first blendeded uniformly in open mill by routine blendeding technology using different sulfuration system respectively, and then were blendeded according to different raw rubber proportion. The mechanical property and high temperature resistance of vulcanizate were studied. The results show that suitable combination ratio of NBR/FKM was 10/90~20/80, most economical combination ratio of NBR/FKM was 20/80. The medium resistance, high temperature resistance, vulcanization curve, and mechanical property of the NBR/FKM were investigated. The results show that comprehensive property of the NBR/FKM was excellent.
