With the development of modern industry,rubber consumption continues to increase,and the amount of waste rubber generated thereby also increases.Among them,the amount of waste tires accounted for the most,up to more than 60%,which caused serious"black pollution"to the environment.In order to meet the national energy conservation and environmental protection requirements,China has increased the research on the recycling of reclaimed rubber.Tire reclaimed rubber(TRR)has become the main force.Compared with heavy-duty tires,agricultural tires generally run slower,but the working environment is relatively poor.Therefore,agricultural tires have low requirements on mechanical properties,wear resistance and high-speed performance.However,the requirements for puncture resistance,nibble resistance,tear resistance and aging resistance are high.In order to meet these performance requirements,a high amount of low-temperature emulsion ploy styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)is usually used in agricultural tire treads,up to 20-50 phr.In order to improve the processing performance of low-temperature emulsion poly SBR,improve the quality of rubber compound,and recycle resources,it was proposed that the research on the preparation,properties and mechanism of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires.Through the research on blending system and mechanism of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,it was found that when 1060 phr of TRR is added,SBR/TRR blended rubber is a homogeneous system with good compatibility.When more than 60 phr of TRR is added,it is a“sea-island”structure with poor compatibility.And using the blending mechanism to analyze the reasons.Through the research on filling and reinforcing system and mechanism of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,it was prepared that a new filler material TiO2/Ser(TK301)with anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial function.And it can be applied in SBR/TRR blended rubber,which not only can reduce the material cost of mateials,but also can improve the compactness,antibacterial property,aging resistance and mechanical properties of the blends.The paper analyzes the reason why TK301 has excellent performance.Through research,it is found that the new filling reinforcing agent TK301(15phr),the high wear-resistant carbon black N330(25phr)and the universal carbon black N660(35phr)are used as the SBR/TRR blended rubber to fill the reinforcing material,and the reinforcing effect is best.It was analyzed by carbon black particle size,carbon black structure and carbon black adsorption reinforcement theory.Through the research on anti-aging system and mechanism of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,it was found that the choice of p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent 4010NA(1.5phr),anti-aging agent 4020(1.5phr),quinoline anti-aging agent RD(1.5phr)and microcrystalline wax(1.5phr)will produce a good synergistic effect,and the protection effect is the best.And the physical protection and chemical protection mechanism were analyzed.Through the research on the vulcanization system and selection reasons of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,It had been found that the semi-effective vulcanization system(SEV)using n-tert-butyl-bis(2-benzothiazolyl)sulfenamide as a promoter of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires was most suitable.The reasons for the selection were analyzed by the network cross-linking structure and properties of the vulcanizate.Through the research on softening plasticizer system and cause of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,new rubber additive,2-acetyl pyrene C18H12O,was applied in SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tire.The additive could not only be used as a softening plasticizer,improve the fluidity,and improve processing property of the blending rubbers,but also can be used as an anti-oxidation agent to improve the heat resistance and reduce the aging phenomenon of the blended rubber.And the cause of the action is analyzed.Through the research on preparation method and performance of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires,the best blending method and vulcanization method of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires were found.The best blending method is as follows:50phr carbon black is firstly blended with SBR/TRR to form a masterbatch,then mixed with NR and BR,then 10phr of carbon black and other compounding agents are added,and finally sulfur and yellow are added.The overall performance of the blends is superior by adopting such a blending preparation method.The optimum vulcanization method is showed as follows:vulcanization temperature 150°C,vulcanization time t90 corresponding time,vulcanization pressure15.0 MPa.The overall performance of the blends is superior by adopting such a vulcanization method.Through research,it had been determined that the formula of SBR/TRR blended rubber for agricultural tires with blending system,filling and reinforcing system,protective system,and it had also been identified that vulcanization system and softening plasticizing system.It had been invented that a crown rubber and a sidewall rubber for agricultural tire which filled with SBR/TRR blended rubber on excellent performance and low cost.Finally,the research results were applied,and 15-24 10PR combine harvester tires and 9.5-24 6PR tractor tires were trial-produced in Xuzhou Xulun Rubber Co.,Ltd.It not only improved performance,but also saves costs,and achieved resource recycling to a greater extent,reducing pollution and protecting the environment.It has a relatively large role in promoting the development of rubber technology,rubber recycling economy and social development.There are 43 pictures,74
