| With the high-speed development of social economy, urbanization becomes more and more quickly, the population and scope of it expend rapidly, and the output of municipal solid waste (MSW) in our country increases sharply. How to solve the MSW has become one of important problems which everybody and our government are concerned about. On the other hand, with the theory of circular economy and sustainable development penetrates, people pay more attentions to the disposal of the MSW which is available as resourse. As a result, the research on feasible disposal of MSW is very significative for the recycle when the MSW has been disposed harmlessly.Firstly, the paper has researched on the development and application of MSW dispoal, analyzed the differences of technology of MSW disposal between our country and fremdness. Based on the content above, the paper summarized the affects on choosing method for the disposal of MSW.Secondly, the paper has been given a direction by the text on the MSW dispoal development planning of Shanghai. The principle of "reduce","recycle" and "harmless" is the fundamental for the paper. With the policy of our country and Shanghai, the paper has established the affecting factors for MSW dispoal method choice and the standard for evaluation by the actuality of every cities or towns. There are five factors which are the policy of industry, the reliability of technique, the demand of environment, the cost of run, occupy and choice of spot for the evaluation. The paper found a fitting method for the MSW disposal of Shanghai by comparing landfill, incinerate,dunghill.Lastly, the paper has been summarized and some advices are given to conquer the failings in it.The choice of the MSW disposal method is one of the parts of the MSW facilities planning. More waste can be reduced if the planning is appropriate. The paper gives a reference to improve the level of technique and management on MSW disposal and to perfect the MSW dispoal development planning of Shanghai. |
