In order to save resources, simplify the production process of angle steel, improve and enhance the strength and plastic of angle steel, turbid circulating water wearing water-cooled technology and devices are researched.Based on theoretical analysis of temperature field distribution, the temperature field distribution and changes of angle steel which is in the process of controlled cooling after rolling are accurately simulated with the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The cooling law of angle steel is revealed. The heat transfer efficiency at different positions of angle steel is optimized with the ANSYS finite element analysis software. Theoretical basis is provided for researching turbid circulating water wearing water-cooled technology and devices of angle steel. The turbid circulating water wearing water-cooled devices, cooling system and attached devices of angle steel are studied and designed with temperature field numerical simulation results. So the uniformity in controlled cooling of angle steel can be achieved. The experiment of turbid circulating water wearing water-cooled is researched. The experiment verifies the accuracy of numerical simulation and the necessity of turbid circulating water wearing water-cooled.The angle steel cross-section temperature field in cooling process simulation and experiment results are in good agreement with controlled cooling research of angle steel. The experimental results show that controlled cooling technology enabled uniform mechanical properties of the various parts of angle steel, improved the yield strength to 70~100MPa and tensile strength to 80~150MPa, enhanced the overall mechanical properties of angle steel. So an important reference value of using of controlled cooling technology of angle steel production is provided. The far-reaching theoretical significance and the inclusive practical value are provided as well.
