Currently the basic route of operation principle and the production technology of cellulosic- alcohol has clearly. The high cost of cellulase producing process is one of the reasons which is currently limited application of cellulosic- alcohol. So many scholars study of cellulase producing strains in order to improve the yield of cellulase.In this paper, we collect all kinds of the excellent cellulose decomposition microbes,screening excellent strains from those microbes.Then we Screening high-production mutants of cellulase and optimization fermentation conditions for cellulase production The detail conclusions are following :1 Screening high-production strains of cellulase: 10 cellulolytic strains were isolated from 58 excellent cellulose decomposition microbes.The FPA activity of 10 fungi are increased 20%~87% compared to Trichoderma viride GIM1.414 .2 Mixed fermentation : in the experiment of mixed fermentation we got several conclusions.firstly,the cellulase acticity of two strains mixed fermentation at the certain conditions was much higher than monoxenie fermentation. In this research, the cellulase acticity of A1and FA1 mixed fermentation are 67.13% higher than A1 fermentation.Secondly, the cellulase acticity of three strains mixed fermentation was lower than monoxenie fermentation.3 Screening high-production mutants of cellulase : we choosed foure excellent strains which were treated with Co60,UV,microwave and DES to isolated efective mutant strains.Then we got a mutant strain named MD5 .FPAse activity of MD5 was incresed 100.85% compared to initial srain.4 optimizing the fermentation conditions for cellulase production : on the basis of optimizing of nutrition and circumstance condition for fermentation ,a set of preferable solid fermentation process was established .Compare to the former process,after optimization the FPAse activity is incresed by 19.5%.With the rice straw of"shanyou 63"and"dongnan 201"for raw materials fermentation by MD5, compared to GIM1.414 the activity of FPAse improved 220.5% and 263.7%.
