With national economy rapid development and living standard continuously raise of people, lead is more and more needed by people. At the same time, more and more energy are demanded. In the process of energy consumption, the environment pollution is continuously serious.At present, traditional sintering—blast furnace lead smelting technology is used in most of the lead smelting enterprises in our country. This technology has many disadvantages in the production process, mainly is high energy consumption and severe environmental pollution. So a variety of advanced lead smelting technologies have been developed at home and abroad to solve energy conservation and environmental protection problem. The SKS lead smelting technology is one of them which is exploited independently by our state. The article is specially analysis the energy consumption and the environmental impacts of the SKS lead smelting process in the production process.The article is based on a SKS lead smelting enterprise for the object of study, start from the consumption of materials and energy of it, specific analysis the main production processes of energy consumption and emissions of various kinds of environmental pollutants.Firstly the physical input-output model is established through using system energy saving theory's input-output method, and combining the enterprise of the production data in 2007. Calculate the main production processes of process energy consumption and overall energy consumption as well as energy consumption of crude lead.Then the environmental load model is builded which specific analysis the impact on environment of crude lead production processes in the manufacturing process. Obtain what quantity of raw material and energy consume and the amount of environmental emissions of each product in production process of crude lead. Find out the main reason of producing environment emissions in production process of crude lead, proposed specific methods of reducing the energy consumption and various kinds of environment emissions.Through analysis this enterprise, come to the conclusion is:if want to reduce the energy consumption and environment emissions, require improvements in the following areas:improve the high lead slag casting technology; improve the kilns equipment utilization; recovery and utilize flue gas heat of each kilns. In these measures most the important thing is improve the high lead slag casting technology, recovery the high lead slag's sensible heat.Increasing energy efficiency, save energy and reduce environmental load, realizes clean production is an inevitable choice for enterprise development.
