The cement grinding process consumes the largest part of cement production process, grinding process is a high energy consumption and low utilization process, about 80% of the energy is wasted. In order to reduce production costs, increase grinding efficiency ,cement enterprises taken a number of energy saving measures in recent years. one of the most effective way is adding grinding aid in the grinding process. Using grinding aids can improve the dispersion and flow of material within the mill, increace the grinding efficiency, thereby reducing energy consumption.12 kinds of organic and inorganic single component grinding aids were mixed with samples in different contents to do some grinding experiments under a same time, and we tested the fineness, fluidity, specific surface area and strength of the cement powders we obtained. By analysis the test results, we find some components with good grinding effects and enhance effect to do the composition of composite cement grinding aids. The composition of composite cement grinding aids experiment using orthogonal experimental design method and carried out in three series, by analyzing the property of products grind with the composite cement grinding aids in all aspects of the product, considering its grinding effect and enhance effect, the final Several composite cement grinding aids to determine the sample. And the test such as water demand, setting time of cement is taken to ensure that the performance of the cement does not have adverse effects.In the early study of single component grinding aids experimental, we found that A, B, E, F, G has a good grinding effect and the inorganic salt Q has the best enhancement. This six kinds of components, will then divided into three series to do composed design experiments. Finally we got M7, M8, N7 the three samples of composite cement grinding aids. M8 own the best of early enhancement,the improve of it's 3d compressive strength was 34.4% and the 28d's was 14.3% compared with the blank sample; M7 and N7 has a good grinding effect and can effectively improve the strength in each age. their 80μm sieve were reduced by 87.0% and 82.6%. The 3d and 28d compressive strength of M7 increaced by 27.8% and 18.9% compared with the blank sample.while the N7 was 25.4% and 17.8%. And the three samples does not adversely affect in cemnent performance such as water demand and the setting time, can be safely applied in production.
