| Inter-tidal is a important interface of flood and field interaction, and it also a fragile and sensitive sectors of environment, it is vulnerable to impact by human activities and damage, and intertidal sediments were important destination which pollutants into the waters of migration. Soil organic pollution and sediments of Plant - microbial remediation were the forefront topics of international environmental scientific. This paper used the intertidal sediments and salt marsh plant Suaeda heteroptera as materials to study the plant - microbial remediation of POPs contaminated sediments.Firstly, study of content and distribution characteristics of Bohai Sea intertidal zone Dongying, Yingkou and Tianjin and other places of Suaeda heteroptera, roots sediments of persistent organic pollutants (Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)), The results show: pollution levels in these four pollutants were: PAHs > OCPs > PCBs > PBDEs; it had relationship of distribution in various organs of Suaeda heteroptera and sediment of organic matter and its physicochemical property. In this research, selected toxicity PCBs as materials to study principles of plants - microbial remediation.Collected sediment of intertidal zone in Tianjin, Isolated and screened the specific PCBs degrading bacteria, identified to combine forms, Biolog microbial identification system and 16S rDNA molecular biology, and this bacterial strain belong to strain Pseudomonas, the accession number in GeneBank was GU356636.1.Used PCBs degrading bacteria and Suaeda heteroptera plants pollution on the preparation of intertidal sediments (collected from the Tianjin) as repair test.Series of greenhouse pot experiment results show that, tests 90 days, the PCBs residual concentration in sediments of Suaeda heteroptera -PCBs specific degrading bacteria processing was lower than single wing Suaeda heteroptera 5.1% to 25%, lower than PCBs specific degrading bacteria 3.9% ~ 27%. Plant - microbial remediation is better than a single plant repair and a single microbial remediation. Through the determination of microorganisms in sediments found that PCBs could promote the growth of bacteria, Suaeda heteroptera can significantly increase the number of bacteria in sediments, Suaeda heteroptera promote the growth of microbes and the degradation of pollutants in sediments. |
