Styrene is the most important one of basic organic chemical raw materials, production process, primarily from foreign companies, their technology and equipment has been made of people striving for. With economic development, chemical production equipment being large-scale, scale development, the domestic unit, and raise the economic benefits of devices to optimize operating parameters for the survival and development of enterprises of great significance.This paper Daqing Petrochemical 100KTA styrene plant production research work, Fina / Badger Ethylbenzene dehydrogenation process the key technologies involved in the detailed tracking. Use of chemical process simulation software ASPEN PLUS crude styrene separation processes for the simulation, the establishment of a separate mathematical model for the process operating parameters were optimized, and made key parameters of operation curve, production load, energy consumption, meet the design requirements of material consumption.Calibration of existing equipment by: (1) found the production capacity and production targets are met the design requirements, in full production conditions, the energy consumption, material consumption is lower than the design value, catalyst stability, distillation ideal separation tower; (2) control of the unit production bottlenecks in the maintenance process for targeted rectification to eliminate production bottlenecks, optimize the production of programs and data to support the theory.
