With development of oilfield, due to the difficulty of the supplementary of energy for carbonate rocks and deep glutenite reservoir, energy of reservoir decreased gradually, the pressure near the well declined, and then dynamic liquid level fell, the number of low liquid level wells continued increasing, the depth of the pump well increased. How to expand the depth of the machine lifting well to meet the future needs of ultra-deep mining is a key issue for mechanical oil pumping to face. Therefore, it is an important strategic issue to carry out ultra-deep oil lifting technology research. The stepped pump is united by two pumps in series, and between the two pumps connected by rod, used side-flow valve system to replace the conventional swim valve, an increase of the oil flow passage into the working and flexible to meet the requirements of deep pumping. On the basis of a detailed analysis of stepped pump working principle, the application conditions of the stepped pump is sumed up, the force of the pump in the up and down stroke is analysised, the load calculation model for stepped deep-drawn pump is established. Basing on the principle of equal strength, to design the combination of the sucker rod for the deep well which using the stepped deep-drawn pump. In accordance with the technical requirements of the allied technology in the stepped deep-drawn pump, research the anti-whet, anti-off and anti-breaking technology of the rod, the centralizer of the rod and the technique of the tubing anchor. Using programming language Delpih7.0 developed a software system, it provided technology for post-optimization of deep drawing.
