With the development of the modern industry, engineering machinery ask for a higher requirement on the hydraulic system performance, however it is not easy to find out the fault of the hydraulic system, establish fault analysis system of the hydraulic can help to locate the cause, site of the fault and propose a solution. Accompany with the computer simulation technology development, using the computer simulation to make a model of the hydraulic system is the research tendency, with the methods of simulation software, the computer not only predict the system performances, decrease the design time, but also analyses and estimates hydraulic component, then achieve the purpose of optimize system, shorten design period and increase system stability.With the enterprise technological transformation as the starting point, this paper takes the Dynamic Characteristics Analysis on Hydraulic Power System of the Municipal Solid Waste Compression Station as the research object, first analyses the hydraulic power system working principle and performance requirement, under the reality working environment, find out where the system fault is and put forward the solution. Besides, make optimize design, reduce costs and decrease the energy consumes to the hydraulic power system and precondition of executing requirement. Secondly, make a simple introduction to the hydraulic-machinery modeling and simulation software AMESim, then take the Dynamic Characteristics Analysis on Hydraulic Power System of the Municipal Solid Waste Compression Station as the specific research object, take the advantage of the AMESim, modeling and simulation, get the pressure curves, figure out pressure loss and pressure fluctuate with the different spool opening, after that give a reference opinion for the design and model selection. Finally, direct at Hydraulic Power System of the Municipal Solid Waste Compression Station control requirement, design the control process and choose the hardware and software component, develop control system of the Hydraulic Power System, then get rid of depending on the reality working status. Meanwhile, provide direct programming and real time monitoring for the technician.This paper has contributed to the optimize design and improvement of the Dynamic Characteristics Analysis on Hydraulic Power System of the Municipal Solid Waste Compression Station, made reliability and stability benefit for the product.
